[POSTPONED] Detective Chinatown 3 (Movie) and a Giveaway!

detective chinatown 3
[Update Jan 23: Due to the current public health situation in China, the release of DETECTIVE CHINATOWN 3 is being postponed by Warner Bros. and Wanda until further notice. Unfortunately, this means that the giveaway is postponed indefinitely as well, so we have not selected any winners. Thank you for making the effort to join, we apologize for any inconvenience.]

Gong Xi Fa Cai! Celebrate the Lunar New Year this year by joining uncle and nephew crime solving duo Tang Ren and Qin Feng as they liven up the streets of Tokyo in the third installment of the Detective Chinatown film franchise.

A powerful businessman has been murdered and the Chinatown detectives are in hot pursuit of the murderer.  The latest of the pair’s misadventures find them facing down the head of the dangerous Black Dragon Gang while also staying one step ahead of other super sleuths that include the ever elusive number one ranked super detective “Q” that have all gathered in the metropolis to catch the killer.

A thrillingly hilarious time is sure to be had for all as Wang Baoqiang and Liu Haoran return to reprise their original crime fighting characters Tang Ren and Qin Feng. This time around, the film also stars Thai martial arts megastar Tony Jaa (Furious 7) and Japanese actors Satoshi Tsumabuki (Detective Chinatown 2) and Tadanobu Asano (Thor: Ragnarok) together with Shang Yuxian who’s back to reprise her role in the previous installments.

Catch Detective Chinatown 3 as it opens in North American theatres on January 24, 2020. The film opens in China on Lunar New Year's Day, January 25.

  3. Hmm ... Detective Chinatown's "format" is kind of like a way an American show is set up - a few episodes and a LOT of seasons. That's weird .. but okay. Okay. Why not.
