  1. Celebrating global talent and featuring Angelababy is totally a mismatch. It's embarrassing in comparison to the other actresses on the cover. Even cnetz criticized about this. What's her representative work again? Should have picked Ni Ni or Liu Yifei who at least have few representative works and posses distinctive aura. Liu Yifei worked in Hollywood production before and has upcoming Disney's Mulan too. Heck even Yangmi is more deserving than Baby.

On the other hand, I love how Bae Doona, Scarlet Johansson and Deepika Padukone are together on the cover, they're indeed on another level.

  3. Not a fan of Angelababy but I don't understand the passionate hate towards her. Each and everytime there are news about her people would say she is untalented, plastic, doesn't deserve anything, etc.

I've seen fans being so much more bias about their own idol, and even spread lies that their idol is the best, while the truth is their idol can be waay worse than Angelababy. Since that is allow, how can putting Angelababy into a celebration like this be wrong?

She isn't the best, but just because she's not included in your bias list, that doesn't mean she is so underserving of these celebrations.

  4. What is this logic, so just because a celeb is not one's bias, she's suddenly deserving of these celebrations. She obviously doesn't fit the theme because her acting sucks, don't have any representative work unlike other actresses on thecover, never gained any award or acting recognition either. She's popular because of her look and her husband is an A-lister. Obviously there are more actresses of her age thats more deserving this global talent celebration. If you read netizen comment on CnewsNew1 you can see even cnetz blast Angelababy for gracing the Vogue US cover. Angelababy never even get to feature in Vogue China, that's how exclusive the magazine is. Only certain big name actresses got to land cover on it like Zhang Ziyi, Gongli, Zhouxun etc.

  5. Why would they not have Liu Fei Yi (Crystal Liu) as part of the cover of Vogue?? If anything, she is in the Mulan Movie and will be recognized by the Hollywood and the American Audience and she is from China.... Angelababy is pretty but wow..how in the world did she even get on the cover of Vogue, when there are other Chinese Stars that should have been on the cover. I really hope Vogue will give Crystal Liu her very own Solo Cover in America when Mulan comes out.

  6. Global talent and ABB don’t match. Golshifteh Farahani deserved to be on the cover though. From Chinese actresses why didn’t they pick Liu Yifei? She’s better than ABB, definitely. The most well loved Chinese actress in film circles has to be Zhang Ziyi, even she would’ve been a better pick. OrYang Mi who’s the international endorser for Stuart Weitzman. Why ABB????

  7. They must have wanted to get Fan Bingbing but since she is still on hiatus, they got ABB who looks abit similar to her.

  8. I don't buy or watch any womens magazines, so I don't know if this is a popular one. All I thought was "How ugly". Seriously, shoot the photograph. Having such a bunch of beautiful women and making them look so bland. Please shoot the person who have choosen the clothes too since they are exceptional ugly. Designers these days seem to hate women.
